Bott products also carry the GS symbol TUV approved safety.
Bott will ensure that each order is processed from receipt to delivery in a way that sets and maintains a level of reliability and service consistent with meeting the requirements and expectations of our customers.
In order to support our philosophy and meet the requirements of AS/NZS ISO 9001:2015, Bott has a formal Quality System that encompasses all functions within the organisation affecting quality. It is the responsibility of the Managing Director and the management team to maintain the system.
The system is subject to regular audit and review in order to maintain its validity and to ensure that it supports the Company’s quality objectives. Areas of improvement are identified through non-conformances, trend analysis, employee suggestions, audit results and customer feedback.
